Comfort Bears for Kids Corporate Sponsorship

Give Comfort to a Child going through a difficult time in their
life. Sponsor 50 or more Teddy Bears given to children having
surgery at the Ghesquiere Family Center for Children’s
Surgery at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, MI, or to U of M,
C. S. Mott Children's Hospital , Ann Arbor, MI, DMC
Children's Hospital of Michigan and Carehouse of Oakland
County, MI.  Attached to each Teddy Bear will be your  
Company or Organization's Logo. You will also be listed on
the ComfortBearsforKids.org website as a Supporter with a
link to your website.

Individual and Family Sponsorship:    
$5.00 each , Bears will be donated with Comfort Bears for Kids Logo

Corporate Sponsorship:
Teddy Bears will be given to children with your Company Logo on the tag of the Bears and
your Company's Website link on ComfortBearsforKids.org

Baby Bear:     $250.00,      50    Bears donated with your Company Logo and Website Link
Mama Bear:   $350.00,     100   Bears donated with your Company Logo and Website Link
Papa Bear:      $500.00,     200   Bears donated with your Company Logo and Website Link
